2. Register your quit and set up your personal page at www.imaquitter.ca.

3. Use the tips on this page to establish a plan for achieving your fundraising goal.

4. Tell everyone you know about your i quit resolution. A lot of the leg work has already been done for you – just use our online tools to tell everyone on your contact list about i quit using email, Twitter, and Facebook. You can even take it to the next level by putting up posters, calling friends and family as well as contacting local media about your endeavours.
