Message from the President and CEO

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is dedicated to transforming the lives of people affected by addiction and mental health issues.  By joining the i quit campaign, you are not only improving your quality of life but also helping people who struggle with their own personal addictions.

One in five Canadians will experience addiction or mental health issues during their lifetime. This means that every family is touched by them. Stigma creates a barrier to seeking treatment.  You can help change attitudes and fight stigma by discussing these issues openly with your family, friends, co-workers and associates.

Good luck with your i quit resolution. Participating in i quit shows support for CAMH clients struggling with addictions and mental health issues who aspire to transform their lives.
